Employment Practices Group, LLC approaches every assignment with the belief that to add value, our consultants need to understand a company’s business strategy and its drivers of profitability, and then pursue a path that aligns people against those deliverables.  

There is no one size fits all structure for a HR department.  Each client will have different needs, which will evolve throughout the company’s life.  EPG has the capacity to work with companies of all sizes: from a small firm with four employees to multinationals.  Our approach that always begins with developing an understanding of the business itself allows us to work across verticals and frees us from specialization.   Our clients do share one attribute: they are in transition. They may be starting up, merging, cutting costs or simply ready to look at HR from a strategic point of view.

EPG offers a variety of services to meet each client where they are.  The engagements range from simple maternity leave coverage to complex corporate restructurings and everything in between.
